The President told how he sees the future of AI in Russia.
Vladimir Putin said about the competitive advantages of Russia in the development of artificial intelligence. The statement was made at the plenary session of the Eurasian Economic Forum.
According to Putin, the rivalry of states and transnational corporations is already unfolding for leadership in the field of AI, and Russia, in his opinion, has certain competitive advantages.
The President noted that Russian science is ready to solve the problems of artificial intelligence, and the country has the necessary personnel. According to Putin, Russia has unconditional competitive advantages at the expense of advanced nuclear power technologies, including small nuclear power plants and large blocks. The President noted that nuclear energy technologies are very important for the creation of appropriate platforms.

According to Putin, the Russian Federation is one of the few countries that are able to create and already create their own sovereign platforms for the development of artificial intelligence.
